What Do We Do?

At Paragon we work with individuals, their families and commissioners in the design and sourcing of support models tailored to each individual from; assessing people’s needs, finding their service requirements and then sourcing the right property.

We provide a flexible service ranging from a few hours a week up to twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Our service is tailored around a person’s needs and we put the hopes and aspirations of the people we support first. Paragon ensures each person has an active life in the community and staff work together with individuals to help build on the abilities they have.
