Paragon has been awarded top marks in Lancashire County Council’s preferred provider scheme audit. This achievement reflects Paragon’s continued high standards of service and quality of support.

As one of Lancashire’s preferred providers, Paragon has to meet specific performance targets in regards to; service quality, training, reliability and consistency. In the latest audit Paragon has achieved the top rating of 3 which proves Paragon’s services are of the highest quality in Lancashire.

The Domiciliary Care Preferred Provider Scheme has been introduced to help raise standards of domiciliary care services to people with learning disabilities living in Lancashire. The aim of the scheme is to set standards of support and to improve the quality of services for people with a learning disability across the region.

This achievement means Paragon is exceeding the Valuing People objectives of promoting quality and continuous improvement of services. Barbara Jackson , Paragon’s Operations Director, said: “We are proud to have been given the highest marks in Lancashire County Council’s preferred provider scheme.”

“At Paragon we have a varying complexity of individual need and we strive to deliver the same high level of person-centred service to all the people we support across Lancashire and the North West.

“This success is down to the staff at Paragon and I would like to take this opportunity to say well done to the whole team.” Barbara adds.
