Annual Survey Results
Paragon’s annual survey results are in and we are delighted with the positive responses from the people we support.
We are encouraged by the high levels of satisfaction our survey has revealed and are pleased to have scored highly in a number of areas including communication and service delivery. The individuals who took part have provided us with a wealth of information that will be an invaluable contribution to Paragon’s service delivery.
There are areas for improvement and we will strive to work with each individual so we can continue to deliver quality services based on what people want. Views like this are key and enable us to continue to provide the best posible service to each individual we support.
