We support adults and young people in transition with diverse needs to live independently in their own homes. Our flexible services are built around individual need so each person can achieve their own ambitions. Our expertise lies in tailoring services, putting the hopes and aspirations of the people we support first.
Where you live is one of the most important things. With this in mind we provide individual and innovative solutions based on what people want. At Paragon we do not own any housing. Instead, we have excellent links with a range of local housing providers to ensure choice and suitability. By working this way we can support individuals into their choice of flat, house, apartment or shared accommodation. This means each individual can find the right home
for them and our support can be shaped around your needs.
